本 App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童。如发现误收 13 岁以下用户信息，将立即删除。
由于 OpenAI 服务部署于美国，您的音频流和翻译结果将在美国境内处理。我们的数据库位于新加坡（AWS ap-southeast-1）。我们采用业界标准加密措施保护数据传输（HTTPS / TLS 1.2+）。
本政策可能更新。重大变更将通过 App 内通知或您注册的邮箱告知。继续使用即视为接受新版本。

This Privacy Policy describes how DEMAND AI TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. ("we", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Realtime Assistant app ("the App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.

Other than processors listed above for service delivery, we do not sell or share your information with third parties for advertising or marketing.
The App is not intended for children under 13. We will delete any inadvertently collected information from users under 13.
Because OpenAI is hosted in the United States, your audio streams and translation results are processed in the U.S. Our database is in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1). We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS / TLS 1.2+) for all transfers.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or the email you registered. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
